Privacy

This site uses no unannounced third-party analytics and no tracking cookies. What it stores: what you write in the form, your diagnosis answers if you choose to send them, the date and an irreversible identifier of the source address.

What the form stores

The data you write and, if you did the diagnosis, the summary of your answers. They are stored on the site's server and mailed to the Núcleo Software SAS team, only to reply to you.

The cookies that do exist

First-party, functional preferences: the language, your answer to the profile question and the visual theme. None identifies you or travels to other services.

The diagnosis

Your answers live in your browser. They only reach us if you send the form or open the WhatsApp conversation with the summary.

For how long

Messages are kept while the commercial conversation is alive. You can request their deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, you can review, correct or request the deletion of your data by writing to info@nusoft.com.co.

Country of visit

So that the contact form starts with your country and calling code, the site estimates the country from your IP address, on our own server and without asking any third party; it is not stored or used for anything else. Geolocation data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).
